In December of 1996 after
visiting a Marian Shrine in the U.S., Anna Marie began hearing the Lord and
Blessed Mother speaking to her.
Though not fully understanding
or knowing why the Lord was calling, Jesus began leading Anna Marie to begin a
Rosary prayer group. So she called together her closest friends and they
began a simple weekly prayer group in January 1997.
During a prayer meeting
in February1997, Jesus asked Anna Marie and the other members of
the prayer group to
begin a lay Apostolate. When Anna Marie asked what the name of
this Apostolate should be called Jesus replied,
"Apostolate
of the Green Scapular"

Each member of the Apostolate began receiving incredible
miracles and signs of
God's mercy that He truly was calling and acting within this small prayer group.
One of the miracles that was demonstrated by God, is documented
in the story below which illustrates the profound love Jesus has for all souls,
even those who have taken the wrong path in life and who may be destined for Hell
in the story, My Father Was Spared From Damnation.
